Pre Sale Questions

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get another notification with tracking information once your order ships!

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99! For orders under $99, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies. Expedited shipping options are also available and will be calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the continental United States. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high volume periods.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@gift2paws.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Oh no! We're so sorry if this happens. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@gift2paws.com with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue for you, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Absolutely! At Gift2Paws, your pet's safety is our top priority. We meticulously hand-pick every item in our collection, focusing on high-quality, non-toxic, and durable materials. We only offer products we'd confidently give to our own furry family members.
Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide with measurements and recommendations. We strongly advise measuring your pet and comparing it to our guide to ensure the perfect fit. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized assistance!
Care instructions vary by product and material. You'll find specific cleaning recommendations on each individual product page. We generally recommend gentle washing and air drying to ensure the longevity of your pet's items.
